Last Chance to See Junk Food Goes Pop!

 Junk Food Goes Pop comes down tomorrow (Friday 21st June). It's been so popular and everyone has been so impressed by the junk food designs inspired by Pop Art. Well done to Year 9 students at the Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College for a very memorable exhibition!


Coming up at the Telephone Gallery:

Chicago - Jon Hughes. (From 22nd June) Jon visited Chicago recently and this photography exhibition showcases the amazing range of architecture there, as well as some interesting reflections. 


Bees, Blooms, Birds and Baskets
 - Kathryn Gray. (From 20th July)  An exhibition using a joyful mix of materials – old plates, glass, ceramic household tiles, jewellery, as well as traditional mosaic tiles – to make a fun collection of mosaic bees, birds, and flowers.  Kathryn has recently rekindled her love of basketry so there’ll be several coiled baskets and mats in the exhibition too. 

August 18th – Animal Portraits  -Nicole McNulty  (from August 18th) Nicole is exhibiting a new collection of watercolours that feature local animals and more exotic wildlife, all beautifully observed. 

September 15th –A Year in the Life of  Ashton Keynes WI – Ashton Keynes WI.  Your local WI  are putting together a fun exhibition showing what they’ve been getting up to and their plans for the future. You can expect to see some great photos of trips out, craft workshops, their fundraising activities in the community, the book club, the summer kayaking evening, the Pimm’s and Pudding garden party, as well as some photos from talks and information about what’s coming up in the next few months.
